Steam Coolers

These coolers regulate the steam temperature by injecting cooling water through a nozzle directly into the steam stream. Steam coolers are usually in the shape of a tube with a nozzle at the end and are inserted directly into the steam pipe. The greatest advantage of steam coolers is that they do not contain any moving parts. They are able to regulate the temperature over a wide range of steam flow rates.
